Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of RoadHouse Recruiting’s public driver opportunity application and related recruiting communications.
No job guarantee
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview, carrier submission, job offer, route, pay rate, or start date. Each carrier determines its own qualifications and makes its own hiring decisions.
Using the application
You agree to provide information that is accurate and belongs to you. Do not use the application to impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading information, interfere with the service, or attempt to access protected RoadHouse Recruiting systems.
Recruiting service
RoadHouse Recruiting helps review applicant information and identify potential carrier opportunities. RoadHouse Recruiting is not the carrier or employer unless a recruiter expressly tells you otherwise. Opportunity details can change and should be confirmed directly before you rely on them.
Calls and text messages
When you check the contact-permission box and submit the application, you authorize RoadHouse Recruiting to call or text the mobile number you provide about driver opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw permission by telling the recruiter or using any opt-out method included in a message.
Privacy
RoadHouse Recruiting’s Privacy Policy explains how application information is collected, used, protected, retained, and shared.
Availability and changes
RoadHouse Recruiting may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the public application and may revise these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The application is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RoadHouse Recruiting does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the availability or accuracy of any particular carrier opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
