Privacy Policy
This policy explains what RoadHouse Recruiting collects when you apply for driver opportunities, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
The short version
Your application enters a protected RoadHouse Recruiting workspace. It is not automatically sent to a carrier. A recruiter reviews your information and contacts you to discuss possible opportunities and next steps.
Information we collect
When you submit an application, RoadHouse Recruiting collects the information you provide, including:
- Your name, mobile phone number, optional email address, city, and state.
- CDL class, driving experience, route preference, start availability, and recent carrier information.
- SAP status and the accident and moving-ticket answers you choose to provide.
- Referral information, acquisition source, and the date and time of your contact consent.
The service may also receive limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request, browser, device, and network information.
How we use information
- To create and maintain your recruiting profile.
- To evaluate your qualifications and match your preferences with current opportunities.
- To call or text you about opportunities and recruiting follow-up when you have given permission.
- To operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve RoadHouse Recruiting’s services.
- To meet recordkeeping, safety, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.
When information may be shared
RoadHouse Recruiting limits access to authorized workspace users and service providers that help operate and secure the service. A recruiter may share relevant application information with a carrier or hiring partner when you choose to move forward with an opportunity. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
RoadHouse Recruiting keeps recruiting records for as long as reasonably needed for recruiting operations, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information by contacting the recruiter from RoadHouse Recruiting who contacted you or by using the contact method included in that communication. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate recordkeeping reasons.
You may withdraw call or text permission at any time by telling the recruiter or using the opt-out instructions included in a message. Withdrawing permission does not affect processing that occurred before the request.
Changes to this policy
RoadHouse Recruiting may update this policy as its services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when this version became current.
